"Nous voyagions avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 4 ans le canapé lit a bien été arrangé au prealable et c’etait vraiment pratique. L’immeuble est sécurisé meme si le concierge est vraiment dingue. Petite kitchenette sympa pour les petits dejeuners, la tele avec tout le chauffage marche parfaitement. Mention speciale a la machine a laver et au seche linge un vrai bonheur en tant que parents. N’ecoutez pas les mauvais commentaires il en vaut vraiment la peine. Merci a fabio l’hote pour sa réactivité et son aide. Nous reviendrons surement"

"We were greeted by Samuel, who was very polite and helpful. The apartment is in a top location, 15 - 30 mins walk to all major attractions. The value for money for that particular location was excellent. The apartment itself is super cute, modern and has everything you might need. The whole building feels very safe with multiple codes and locks in the front entrances for extra safety."

"The area was safe and close to the metro station. The staff member Samuel was very welcoming and answered all our questions about the property during checkin. The flat was clean and relatively close to the champs elysees. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The bed and the sofa were comfortable to sleep on."

"There was nothing at all wrong with the property. Good communication from the owners/agents and everything as described in the advert. Nothing to complain about from our side."

"Location. Street is one of those perpendicular to Champs Elysee Ave;. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Apartment very clean and big enough for 4 people. Clean and ample towel supply. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and washer, dryer and drying rack were very useful. Elevators always working which was super important for us because my mother is in a wheelchair. There were enough clothes hangers, shelves, and cabinets to keep our stuff organized. The built-in shelves inside the shower stall were very useful for the toiletries needed while in the shower. In other places, shamppos etc are relegated to the floor. The interior design of the apartment seem to show thta owner is very thoughtful and considerate of the needs of the occupants. Staff was very cheerful. He was already waiting for us when we arrived and let us into the apartment a few minutes before official check-in time. He kindly opened the sofa bed for us before he left."

"The kitchen needs to havr a diish drying rack and lids for the cooking pots. Bathroom sink height does not seem to be standard as it was too high for a 5'4" person like my me, unlike the kitchen sink height which seem normal."

"Goed contact met host over verwachte aankomsttijd en daarmee ontvangst. Schoon appartement met alle faciliteiten - incl afwasmachine en wasmachine/droger. Appartment ligt op top en rustige locatie, die makkelijk met taxi en openbaar vervoer te bereiken is."

"De douche was moeilijk af te stellen - erg warm. De voordeur was moeilijk te "zachtjes" sluiten en dit zorgde voor geluid in trappenhuis, waar we (meerdere keren) door de concierge op werden aangesproken."
